Teeny-Weeny Seed Jar Wedding Favours (Group or Individual Favour Boxes)

Offer your guests a meaningful keepsake that lasts long after your wedding day. Our Teeny Weeny Seed Jar favours are a beautiful, eco-friendly way to celebrate your love while supporting nature.

Each seed jar is a miniature glass bottle with a natural cork lid, filled with a carefully selected mix of UK wildflower seeds. Every jar comes with planting instructions, so guests of all ages can enjoy watching something special grow.

The seed mix may include some or all of the following UK wildflowers: Black medick, Common knapweed, Common poppy, Cornflower, Cowslip, Field forget-me-not, Meadow buttercup, Ox-eye daisy, Red clover, Wild carrot, Yarrow, Yellow rattle and others.

The favour box

This option includes a kraft wedding favour box, perfect for gifting seed jars as group favours or individual keepsakes.

The box measures approximately 9 x 9 x 2cm and is made from brown biodegradable kraft card. The lid features a circular cut-out window so the contents can be seen without opening the box. The box is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.

Inside the box is a backing card, with your chosen number of seed jars securely attached.

Group favours – one box per table or group

Instead of giving each guest an individual favour, you can place one shared favour box on each table.

For example, a table of five guests would have one box containing five seed jars. A table of four guests would have one box containing four seed jars. If you have mixed table sizes, each box can be customised individually.

This is a lovely way to reduce packaging, keep costs down and create a talking point for guests, particularly those who may not know each other well.

How many seed jars fit in one box

We recommend up to six seed jars per box so they can all be clearly seen through the window on the lid.

If you have more than six guests seated together, you can order two boxes for that table, such as two boxes of four for a table of eight. Alternatively, we can fit up to eight seed jars into one box, however one or two jars will not be visible until the box is opened.

The choice is entirely yours.

Not just for tables

These boxes are also perfect for bridesmaids or groomsmen, parents or grandparents, the top table, thank you gifts or special keepsakes. You can also order them as individual favours if you prefer.

Personalisation

Each box includes a personalised backing card.

We need to know who the box is for, such as Table 3, Best Man, Nan or Bridesmaids, along with an optional short message. Due to space limitations, any additional message must be limited to approximately five to ten words.

We will attach the seed jars neatly to the backing card so there is nothing for you to assemble.

Please check spelling and wording carefully before ordering, as personalised items are non-refundable.

How to order

To ensure everything is made correctly, each box should be ordered as its own item.

For each box please select to purchase the box, once added to the cart you should then select the number of seed jars required for that box and complete the personalisation details. This should be repeated for each table or group, such as Table 1, Table 2, Bridesmaids or Parents.

This ordering method allows every box to be fully customised to suit your seating plan and guests.

Sustainability

All materials, including glass jars, cork lids, backing cards and packaging, are biodegradable, compostable, reusable and sustainably sourced. These favours are a thoughtful choice for eco-conscious couples.
