Seed Jars for Sophie's Journey

This special Seed Jar has been created in support of Sophie’s Journey, with 100% of the money from every sale donated directly to the charity. 

The jar is a glass seed jar, approximately two and a half times the size of our original Teeny Weeny Seed Jars, and finished in a beautiful blue colour. Each jar contains uk wildflower seeds and includes full planting instructions.

Blue was chosen as a meaningful tribute. Sophie, who lost her life to cancer aged 12, loved blue butterflies. They continue to hold deep significance for her family and are a symbol of comfort, remembrance, and love.

Funds raised from this jar will go towards Sophie’s Journey’s £250,000 appeal to build the first ever Lincolnshire Palliative Holiday Home. Our initial pledge is to raise at least £500, which will sponsor one tile in the build. If more is raised, further tile sponsorships will be funded.

By purchasing this seed jar, you are directly supporting Sophie’s Journey and helping to create a place where families can spend precious time together away from hospital settings.

If you would like to turn your seed jars into a gift, you can add one or more of our walnut presentation boxes as an optional extra. The boxes are made from sustainably sauced walnut. Each box measures approximately 8cm long, 5cm wide, and 2.5cm deep and is fully reusable and plastic free. The boxes have a sliding lid and small magnetic closure and are most adorable.

We recommend fitting four Seed Jars into one presentation box for a gift ready fit.

How to order:
Choose the quantity of Seed Jars you would like to purchase, remember - every penny goes directly to Sophie's Journey's Palliative Holiday home appeal.

Four Seed Jars (maximum) will fit into one presentation box. Your Seed Jars do not come in a box. The boxes can be purchased separately.

Just add the amount of Seed Jars you need in total and the amount of total boxes you would like into your basket and check out when you are ready.

If you do not require a presentation box, that's okay. Simply purchase the quantity of Seed Jars you require.

Your seed jars and boxes will be sent ready for you to arrange, gift, or enjoy.
